Aging: compulsory 4 years, including 24 months in barrels of medium capacity (20-25 Hl Slavonian oak)
Refiniment: 6 months in bottle
Alcool percentage in volume: 15,5%
Serving temperature: 18° C
Serve with: Red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
